We run our own transport management system, FreightFlow. It is the same software our drivers use in the cab, which means the status you see is the status that exists — not a summary someone retyped hours later.
Live location
GPS position stamped at every stop — departure, fuel, arrival at shipper, loaded, arrival at receiver, delivered. You are not calling dispatch to ask where the truck is.
Sign-on-glass POD
The consignee signs on the driver's screen. The signed delivery confirmation is emailed the moment it happens, not scanned in three days later.
Paperwork immediately
Rate confirmation, bill of lading, delivery photos and the invoice all live against the same load record. Nothing has to be chased down.
Exceptions, early
Detention, a missed appointment window or a delay gets flagged while it can still be worked, rather than showing up as a line on an invoice.
Why we built it instead of buying it
Most carriers our customers deal with are running on a phone and a spreadsheet, or paying for a platform that was designed for somebody else's operation. Both show up the same way: you find out about a problem after it has cost you something.
