Why we exist
Most shippers have the same complaint about freight, and it is never really about the rate. It is that nobody tells them anything. The truck is somewhere, the paperwork arrives eventually, and the first sign of a problem is a charge on an invoice.
We built Freight Dynamics around fixing that specific thing. Because we own the equipment, the person quoting your freight is the company hauling it. Because we wrote our own software, the status you see is the status that exists — stamped by the driver in the cab, not retyped by an office hours later.
Based in the Houston Bay Area, minutes from the ship channel and the container terminals. Close enough to the port that a same-day container pull is a normal request, and close enough to the Gulf Coast industrial corridor that steel, pipe and over-dimensional freight are routine rather than exceptional.
Late-model Volvo equipment
We run a modern Volvo fleet. Newer trucks break down less, which is the only fleet statistic that actually shows up in your delivery window. Every photograph on this site is our own equipment on a real load.
Software we built ourselves
FreightFlow is our own transport management system — live GPS at every stop, sign-on-glass proof of delivery, and rate confirmation through to invoice on one load record. Most carriers our size are running on a phone and a spreadsheet.
Credentialed for secured freight
Our drivers hold TWIC credentials for secured terminal access, and we are set up for UIIA interchange with the steamship lines. That is what makes port work possible rather than aspirational.
Our trucks, plus a vetted network
We are an asset-based carrier first. Where a lane or a piece of equipment sits outside what we run, it goes to a partner carrier we have vetted — never handed off to whoever answered a load board first.
