Load inspection before departure

Heavy Haul & Over-Dimensional

Freight that will not go on a standard deck. Machinery, industrial equipment and energy components moved on our own step deck, RGN and lowboy trailers, permitted and routed before it moves.

Our own equipment

Step deck, RGN and lowboy — not sourced after you book.

Permitted and routed

State permits and route survey handled before the move.

Energy corridor freight

Gulf Coast industrial and oilfield equipment.

One point of contact

The company hauling it is the company answering the phone.

Equipment

Step deck for freight that exceeds legal height on a standard flatbed. Removable gooseneck and lowboy for tall, heavy machinery that has to be driven or rolled on rather than lifted.

Because the equipment is ours, the answer to whether we can take your load comes back the same day instead of after we have called around.

Permits, routing and escorts

Over-dimensional freight is a paperwork problem as much as a driving problem. Every state on the route has its own limits, its own permit process and its own rules about when an escort is required.

We handle the permitting and the route survey up front. Low bridges, weight-restricted structures and curfew windows get identified before the truck is loaded, not when it is stopped at a scale.

What we need to quote it

Dimensions and weight, the pickup and delivery addresses, and whether the piece can be loaded by crane or has to be rolled on. Photographs help more than descriptions.

From that we can tell you the equipment, the permit cost and whether escorts are required — before you commit to anything.

Common Questions

Do you handle the permits?
Yes. State permits and the route survey are part of the job, not something we hand back to you.
How far in advance do you need notice?
Permitted moves depend on the states involved — some issue same-day, others take several business days. Call as early as you can and we will tell you the realistic window.
